Designed for ages 6-12, participants will learn how the food we eat can serve as medicine for our bodies. We’ll explore the benefits of each nourishing ingredient option, provide children the framework for creating a delicious recipe, then allow children to get creative in the kitchen by creating their own energy bite recipe. Children should bring a container to take home their delicious creations. Space is limited to six children and registration is required.
