February 26, 2013 – Brookswood Meadow Plaza officially welcomed La Rosa, A Modern Mexican Kitchen to its neighborhood of businesses this week. La Rosa opened the doors to their second location in Bend in “soft opening” mode on February 25th to a large crowd of friends, neighbors and new patrons. The popular eatery, known for their fresh mexican fare and margaritas has a cozy and fun atmosphere with an upstairs room for parties and meetings. In the Spring a full patio of outdoor seating will be available for the warmer months. La Rosa is located in the southernmost building of the Plaza at the corner of Brookswood Boulevard and Amber Meadow Drive (19570 Amber Meadow Drive, Bend, OR 97702).
