It’s the Touch Plantscapes Expands to Brookswood Meadow Plaza
BEND, OR – Compass Commercial Real Estate Services is pleased to announce It’s the Touch plantscapes is the latest retail tenant to join southwest Bend’s growing Brookswood Meadow Plaza. Chris Gitthens, owner of It’s the Touch has been serving Central Oregon since 1983, operating her business and two greenhouses from her home. She will expand to a 1,100 square foot retail space in Brookswood Meadow shopping plaza. It’s the Touch provides a full range of residential and commercial plantscape services in addition to wedding and event planning, floral arrangements, balloons and fairy gardens.
“I’m really excited about the space and being able to provide services in the community where I grew up,” said Gitthens. “Brookswood Meadow’s neighborhood feel and proximity to Pine Ridge and Elk Meadow Elementary schools was attractive to our business goals, which include expanding our services in balloon decorations and catering to families with our baskets and fairy gardens.”
Brookswood Meadow Plaza is Bend’s uniquely local neighborhood shopping destination located at 19530-19570 Amber Meadow Drive at Brookswood Boulevard just south of Elk Meadow Elementary School.
Last week, Compass Commercial announced the addition of La Rosa Mexican Kitchen to the center. Tenants include a diverse mix of retail, services and office space with tenants including, Local Slice, River Rim Coffee House, The Offices at Brookswood, Snap Fitness, Toddles Preschool and the plaza anchor, CE Lovejoy’s Brookswood Market.
The shopping destination continues to attract a diverse range of tenants to support southwest Bend’s growing neighborhood of approximately 10,000 households within a three mile radius.
